Minsk is the capital of Belarus, a country with a long tradition in mathematics, and in particular algebra, differential equations, number theory, nonlinear and stochastic analysis, and other fields. Belarusian mathematicians work at the National Academy of Science, Belarusian State University, and other universities in Belarus as well as at leading universities worldwide.
The Advances in Algebra and Applications satellite conference will be held in Minsk on June 22-26, 2022. The main conference topics include central simple algebras, Brauer groups and applications, groups and representation theory, and arithmetic algebraic geometry. We will create a stimulating atmosphere to build connections between the different topics, and we will also encourage collaboration. Partial financial support will be provided for junior participants.
